Who : Most videos on youtube are posted by individuals but some tv networks will also use youtube to publish videos. Some users called "Youtubers" will post regular videos about different things, this can bring them revenue. By joining the Youtube partner program they will join the youtube community and advertisements will be placed on their videos resulting in them getting some money for every advertisment.

Cons :
- You can't always have access to all the content since it might be blocked for your country
- There can be advertisement before you can view a video
- There can be copyright issues.
